These terms cover your use of thecosmicriot.com (the "site"), run by Shills, an individual creator who makes art as VEXA ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use the site

Anyone can look around. The site is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy, open, collect or trade COSMIC RIOT packs or cards.

Packs, cards and vibe.market

COSMIC RIOT packs and cards are sold and traded on vibe.market and Robinhood Chain, which we don't own or run. Every purchase, open, collect and sale happens there, under vibe.market's terms ↗. Prices, odds, fees and live numbers shown on this site are for information only and may be delayed or wrong; the price and odds shown on vibe.market before you buy are the ones that count.

Cards are collectibles for fun. They are not investments, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice or a promise of profit, value or returns. Crypto prices go up and down, tokens can lose all their value, and blockchain transactions are final and can't be undone. Buying packs may not be allowed where you live; it's your job to follow your local laws. Shills made the COSMIC RIOT pack and may earn when packs are bought and opened.

COSMIC RIOT, the characters, card art, stories, shorts, music and site design are original works owned by Shills (VEXA), © 2026, all rights reserved. You may view and share the site and link to it, and share screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. Owning a card's NFT gives you that token, not the copyright or trademark rights in the art or characters. Please don't copy, sell, or use our characters or marks in your own products without written permission.

The athletes are inspired by public-domain NASA images. NASA does not endorse COSMIC RIOT. Other names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to refer to them.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email shillsshils@gmail.com with: your contact details; the work you own; the page and material you believe infringes; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, with your signature.

Links

We link to YouTube, vibe.market, OpenSea, Substack and other sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products or policies. Our Google Workspace link is a referral link: if you sign up through it, Shills may get a referral reward from Google, at no extra cost to you.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available, accurate or error-free.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of crypto, tokens, NFTs, profits or data, arising from your use of the site or of any third-party service it links to. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
